Bookings

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a reservation until we confirm it. Prices are subject to change until confirmed.

Weather and safety

The pilot in command has final authority over whether and how a flight is conducted. Flights may be delayed, rerouted or rescheduled for weather, air traffic, airspace restrictions or maintenance. Weather cancellations are rescheduled at no charge.

Cancellations

Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged.

Waiver

All participants must sign a liability waiver before flying. Guests under 18 require a parent or guardian's signature.

Limits

Weight, height and health limitations apply for safety. We may decline a flight if limits cannot be safely met.
