Notice at Collection

This notice tells you, at or before the time we collect it, what personal information we collect and why. It is required by California law (Cal. Civ. Code §1798.100(a); 11 CCR §7012).

• What we collect: name, email, phone number, booking details (experience, date, guests, preferences), approximate passenger weight (for aircraft safety only), and anything you choose to write in a message. Our servers also receive your IP address and browser information.
• Why: to respond to you, arrange and safely conduct your flight, keep required records, and secure the website. Marketing emails only if you opt in.
• Sale or sharing: we do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• Sensitive information: passenger weight is used only for weight-and-balance safety calculations.
• How long we keep it: inquiries 24 months; customer booking records 5 years after your last flight; passenger weights within 90 days after your flight; server logs about 30 days. Full schedule in our Privacy Policy.
