Fly LA Experience is committed to making our website and our flights accessible to everyone.
Our website
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This site includes:
- Keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators
- A “Skip to main content” link
- Text alternatives for images
- Labeled form fields and clear error messages
- Sufficient color contrast and a high-contrast mode
- An accessibility menu (the wheelchair button) for larger text, high contrast, underlined links, readable font and reduced motion
- Respect for your device's reduced-motion setting
Our flights
Many guests with disabilities fly with us. Let us know your needs when you book — for example, help boarding, mobility aids, or a hearing or vision accommodation — and we'll do everything we safely can. Some aircraft have physical boarding requirements; we'll talk through options with you.
